When Platinum 2006 detects a suspicious file it will display a pop-up warning in the left-hand corner of the screen which will give you the option of sending us the threat detected so that our experts can analyze it.
It is also possible to send it to us at another time. The options are:
From the program menu in the Windows taskbar (next to the clock):
Click on the secondary mouse button (normally the right one) on the Platinum 2006 icon next to the clock on your PC.
Click on View quarantined files.
Select the program you want to send us and click on Send.
Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
In the main program window, click on Quarantine.
Select the file (or files) that you want to send, and click on Send.
A wizard will appear to help you send the files. Simply follow the instructions.
Once you have sent the file or files, our experts will check to see if they are actually infected.
