Select the files you want and specify the action that you want to perform on them. When several files have been selected, the actions will be applied to all of them. The actions can be selected through the pop-up menu that will appear when right-clicking on the selected files. The options available in the pop-up menu will vary depending on the reason why each file was quarantined. Below is a description of the actions that can be performed on these files:
Restore. The selected files will be moved back to their original location. If the file can be disinfected, a message will be displayed prompting you to disinfect the file first.
Show information. Select one of the files in the Quarantine panel (this option will not be active when several files are selected) and consult the information on the selected file (you will be informed if it contains a virus or not).
Delete. This option automatically deletes the selected files from Quarantine and from their original location. Before doing so, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to perform this action, as the files cannot be recovered. This action can also be performed through the pop-up menu, by selecting the Delete option.
Send. This option allows you to send us the files selected in the list to be studied. If determines it is no longer necessary to send the files (for instance, when the file can be disinfected after an update), the file will be restored to its original location. If is not up-to-date you will not be able to send the suspicious files. This operation can also be performed by selecting the Send option in the pop-up menu.
