If a rootkit has been detected, after restarting your computer you will see a window with the scan results. If the scan has not detected any incidents, this window will appear immediately after the scan has finished.

This window offers detailed information on the number of items scanned, the rootkits detected, rootkits removed and rootkits sent to Panda.
Panda Anti-Rootkit will display a window indicating that your computer is compromised in the following cases:
If it has only detected unknown rootkits that have not been removed.
If it has only detected known rootkits that have not been removed.
In this case, we recommend running another scan to remove the remaining rootkits.

If Panda Anti-Rootkit informs you that your computer could be compromised, this means that the unknown rootkits detected on your computer could be deactivated. To confirm this, we advise running a new scan.

At Panda we believe our customers' opinions are the key to improving our products. Before leaving Panda Anti-Rootkit, please send us your suggestions. You can do this by clicking the suggestions option in the bottom left corner of the window.
