Terms and conditions of the prize draw organized by Panda Software of four licenses for the product PANDA ANTIVIRUS 2007, PANDA ANTIVIRUS + FIREWALL 2007 or PANDA INTERNET SECURITY 2007 with one year’s services.
PURPOSE: Panda Software International is organizing a weekly prize draw of a license for the product Panda Antivirus 2007, Panda Internet Security 2007 or Panda Antivirus + Firewall with (1) one year's services.
GEOGRAPHIC LIMITS: The draw is open to users worldwide.
PERIOD: The promotion will start on December 04 2006 and finish on December 25 2006.
Panda Software International reserves the right to suspend, postpone or cancel the competition at any time prior to the corresponding draw, provided there is justification for doing so.
CONDITIONS: The prize draw is open to all natural persons or legal entities, who download a product in the retail range (Panda Antivirus 2007, Panda Internet Security 2007 or Panda Antivirus + Firewall) with a ‘shareware' license from the Panda websites (www.pandasoftware.es and www.pandasoftware.com).
To do this, they must visit http://www.pandasoftware.es/descargas/, http://www.pandasoftware.com/download/, www.pandasoftware.es/concurso_shareware or www.pandasoftware.com/shareware_draw, and fill in the form to download the product.
The draw is not limited to one entry per person.
The draw is not open to employees of Panda Software Spain or Panda Software International, nor members of their direct or indirect family nor to members of the Distribution Channel of both companies and their direct family.
PRIZE: The prize consists of a license for Panda Antivirus 2007, Panda Internet Security 2007 or Panda Antivirus + Firewall with (1) one year's services, depending on the product downloaded (in the language of the winner, if available, or in English).
Prizes will be presented within 60 days of the draw.
Panda Software International reserves the right to replace the prize for others from the same range and of equal or greater value.
The rules and conditions of the prize draw will be in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation.
DRAW: The draws will take place on:
- Monday December 04.
- Monday December 11.
- Monday December 18.
- Monday December 25.
In Panda Software International's offices using a computer program created for this purpose.
NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS: Panda Software International will notify the winners by email. Winners must contact Panda, replying to this email message within 60 days of receiving it. Winners give their consent to the use of their data for the purposes of informing them that they have won.
In the event that winners cannot be located or do not contact Panda, replying to the email within 60 days of receiving it, their prize will be considered void.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA: In accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, Panda Software International informs you that data collected as a result of your participation in the present prize draw will be included in an automated data file belonging to Panda Software International, with registered offices at c/ Buenos Aires nº12, 48001–Bilbao-Spain, and will be processed by Panda Software International in accordance with applicable legislation governing protection of personal data, in order to administer the different stages of the prize draw, as well as to send you marketing and/or promotional information that may be of interest to you, by any means including electronically Panda Software International guarantees that the participant may access, rectify, cancel and object to the data, as well as unsubscribing from all electronic communication, notifying Panda Software International by sending an e-mail to asuntos_legales@pandasoftware.es; or by writing to the following address. Panda Software International, Legal Affairs Office, Calle Buenos Aires nº12, 48001–Bilbao-Spain, clearly indicating your name, surname, postal address and e-mail address.
Panda Software International will take all possible measures to ensure confidential treatment of said data.
GENERAL: Should any of the above conditions be legally null or void, this circumstance will not affect the other terms and conditions which shall remain fully valid and effective. Panda Software reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this promotion. Participation in the present grants program implies acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
